Costs of Staying at
Jojoba Hills SKP Resort

You are invited to visit the Jojoba Hills SKP Resort.

You can come for the day and get a guided tour
(and an ice cream cone if you are around when we are having one of our ice cream socials).
As a SKP or a member's guest you can boondock if you wish (great sun for solar power).
You can rent a site with full hookups and cable TV (great neighbors).
You can add you name to the list of those who wish to join the resort as full members (great list).

But first, get a move on and come see us. Here is information on how to find us.

Space Rental

If you are staying with us,
we expect all our guests to have self-contained RVs, sorry no tents or tent trailers.
As a guest you are invited to use all our amenities, participate in all our activities,
and collect hugs or handshakes as desired.

To rent space in the resort
you must be the guest of a member of Jojoba Hills SKP Resort
or a member of the Escapees RV Club.
Spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis; other restrictions may apply.

Rental rates: Full Hookup Sites are $20.00 daily (Limit 28 days, per calendar year, including boondocking)
Boondock (no hook ups) is $5.00 per day. (Limit 7 days)

Membership

To become a member you or your spouse must be at least 55 years of age
and a member of the Escapees RV Club. The current cost of membership is $23,000.

A waiting list is maintained to assure the resale of memberships.
If you wish to purchase a membership, the first step is to get on the waiting list.
The cost is a $2000 deposit plus a $20 administrative processing fee.
The $2000 applies to the cost of membership once you reach the top of the list
and a site becomes available.
The $2000 may also be refunded if you decide to withdraw from the list.

When a member gives up his or her membership
and that membership is repurchased by a new member,
his or her membership cost plus any assessments paid for capital improvements
is refunded to the departing member.
